Ryan joined Armsons Barlow (formerly Armsons) in 2021 in a Quantity Surveying / Project Management capacity to deliver a diverse range of Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services.
He has previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor, managing costs on a portfolio of projects from pre-tender estimating through to final account stages across industrial, commercial and retail settings.
Ryan has vast experience acting as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on retail projects and is actively involved in delivering an excellent service to several of the companies’ key clients. He also has the ability to critically analyse a construction project at any stage in order to ensure the client is obtaining best value whilst still maintaining the required level of quality.
In June 2023, Ryan was promoted to Associate Director.
Hobbies
Ryan used to be a keen footballer but is now very much an armchair fan of Liverpool FC. He enjoys travelling and visiting new places with trips to Singapore, Prague, Spilt and the Amalfi Coast amongst his favourite recent destinations
