The scheme comprises of the construction of a 53 bedroom timber framed Travelodge Hotel complete with furniture fitting out and utility services, associated external works, car parking and landscaped areas. The scheme was developed on the former Nestle water treatment site on the outskirts of Ashbourne close to the Waterside retail park. The hotel forms part of the first stage works which will also include a public house to be constructed adjacent to the hotel.
