Armsons Barlow and AHR Building Consultancy led a successful application that achieved the maximum funding of £4,000,000 from the Department for Education through the Post-16 Capacity Fund.

The project involved the demolition of an existing Chaplaincy building to create a new Sixth Form Centre with basement construction. The works were undertaken within a live College environment within a tight site. The project was delivered on time and to budget, in line with the DfE funding agreement.
