For many years we have partnered with The Derby College Group to provide career talks, work experience placements, and graduate opportunities. This partnership ensures we engage with young people to help build skills, confidence, and awareness of construction industry pathways.
Local Employment & Skills Development
We contribute time, expertise and resources to community projects, charities and local initiatives that align with our values and make a real difference where we live and work. Our recent work with ‘Over the Wall’ has made a notable impact to the community which is something we are very proud of.
Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility
We integrate sustainable thinking into every project, advising clients on energy efficiency, lifecycle costing, and environmentally responsible design and delivery methods.

Pro-Bono Services
We have contributed significant time to managing local charitable projects free of charge. Schemes for the likes of Electric Daisy and Safe & Sound have benefited from our pro-bono service offering. This offering has also extended nationwide with our recent work for DIY SOS.
Fundraising
We have also made a commitment to local charities which involves us nominating a charity of the year to benefit from our fundraising activities. Over the past few years, ‘Derby Food 4 Thought’ and ‘Derby County Community Trust’ have gained from our Charity Golf Day and Padel Tournament, respectively.
