A refurbishment of the 7 storey concrete framed Pegasus building, single storey Corvus building and the Link building. The works comprised of both internal and external structural repairs and enhancements as well as aesthetic improvements. Internally, spaces were developed to accommodate the new state of the art equipment and facilities.
The site was situated in the heart of Swindon and developed whilst the campus remained operational. We were able to minimise the impact on students and curriculum during the course of the works due to a collaborative effort between the main contractor, consultants and client.
