Josh became a Director at Armsons Barlow (formally Armsons) in December 2020, after having re-joined the Company in May 2019.
He has vast experience acting as a Project Manager, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyor; whilst also being proficient in producing Viability Assessments, Investment Appraisal, Fire Reinstatement and Capital Allowance Claims.
Josh has a wealth of experience acting within the parameters of different types of the JCT Contracts, on schemes of all sizes, and is conversant with the necessary notices required to protect the client at each stage. He can provide a project ‘cradle to grave’ service and guide clients of all experience levels through the various stages of the development and construction process.
Specialising in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex developments, in both the public and private sectors, Josh has delivered award winning projects on behalf of his clients.
Between spending time with his family, Josh is a keen Derby County supporter and can often be found at Pride Park. He is also a fair-weather golfer and enjoys spending weekends on the golf course during the summer months
