Sally Walters
Sally has been a shareholding director of Armsons Barlow since 2017 and leads our Building Surveying team. She delivers practical, high-quality advice across a wide range of sectors, ensuring projects run smoothly while providing clear, actionable guidance for clients.
Sally’s extensive experience includes working with contractors under both JCT and NEC contract where she has successfully provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services.
A distinguished leader within the surveying profession, Sally served as the RICS Matrics UK Chair and as a Member of the RICS Governing Council during 2014/2015. She has also contributed as a judge for the RICS Awards, reviewing projects in the East Midlands region, particularly in the ‘Residential’ (2014, 2016) and ‘Building Conservation’ (2017) categories.
