Sally Walters

Sally is a Director and Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors.
She is committed to providing a high level of service and developing strong working relationships with clients and contractors; understanding and developing client’s requirements and business needs to determine service delivery provision.

Sally has experience of working with contractors utilising both the JCT standard forms of contract and NEC suite of contracts (including Option A and Option C), providing Project Management and Employers Agent services to local and national clients on a wide range of projects, including sustainable and high technology developments.

In 2014/2015 Sally was the RICS Matrics UK Chairman and an RICS Governing Council Member. She was also an RICS Awards judge for the East Midlands region ‘residential’ category in 2014 and 2016 and again in 2017 where she was a judge for the ‘building conservation’ category.
