Project Management:

• Development of the client brief
• Acting as the client’s representative throughout the design and construction phases
• Managing project delivery against the contract and programme
• Chairing and minuting all project meetings
• Coordinating communication between all stakeholders

Tenant Representative:

• Ensuring the proposed works by the landlord meet the needs of the project brief
• Valuing the landlord’s refurbishment scope of works in relation to market rates and challenge accordingly with the objective of reducing landlord CAPEX costs that can be used to contribute fit out works
• Offer value engineering / alternative methods / materials and / or omissions to both landlord’s refurbishment scope and tenant’s fit out scope to reduce costs with the objective of reducing landlord CAPEX costs that can be used to contribute fit out works
• Assist in landlord negotiations in respect of the landlord taking on elements of tenant’s fit out works, thus reducing tenant capital expenditure and risk
• Provide formal representation and minutes of meetings to ensure action and accountability by all stakeholders in agreed timescales
