Armsons Barlow provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services in relation to a new single storey Primary School on behalf of Persimmon Homes. The works were carried out closely with Derbyshire County Council and formed part of a S106 agreement following completion of a wider residential project.
The school comprised 7No. classrooms, library, food / science / DT bay, a group room and main hall. The works were delivered on time and to budget, meaning the building was available for students at the start of the academic year.
