Armsons Barlow provided Quantity Surveying services on a refurbishment project at a six-storey office block in Colmore Business District of Birmingham. The building, situated just outside the Colmore Row conservation area was refurbished at Basement, Ground, Second Floor through to Fifth Floor Levels.

We were appointed post-contractor negotiation and were tasked with reducing the costs but maintaining the key client requirements. We successfully completed a value engineering exercise with the contractor ensuring the project could move forward to construction. We were retained to undertake post-contract cost control and quantity surveying services under the Contract.
