Armsons Barlow have supported Cubo Work over the past 6-years with Project Management and Quantity Surveying services across a programme of fit out works. Cubo are a flexible serviced office provider with co-working spaces of varying shapes and sizes and currently operate out of 11 UK cities.
The projects typically involve the CAT B fit out works to leased floorplates to suit the Cubo design and specification, all aligned to their brand. Recently, we have also been involved with the CAT A fit out, as part of any lease agreements.
The projects tend to be fast paced with fit out contracts taking anywhere between 10-16 weeks from commencement to completion.
