Armsons Barlow are providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a new 6-storey residential apartment block project on behalf of Carta Real Estate. The scheme comprises 116No. apartments units with associated accommodation and external works.

The project is currently in for planning with a decision expected in 2026.

Employer’s Agent:

  • Acting as the client’s representative throughout the design and construction phases
