Hoar Cross Hall

Hoar Cross Hall forms part of the Barons Eden Group and is an award-winning Spa Hotel. Located in the grounds of the Main Hall, the Spa Terrace was delivered to diversify the groups offering by creating an outdoor retreat encompassing rooftop spa facilities. The works involved a new link pergola with a covered outdoor bar, relaxation space saunas and three heated rooftop Jacuzzis.

Armsons Barlow provided pre-contract Cost Consultancy services which involved cost estimation and value engineering proposals to ensure the Group’s vision could be delivered for their available budget. The project was delivered in line with the agreed cost estimates and has been a major success to date.
