Redhill Industrial Park

Armsons Barlow provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services on behalf of SW Properties Ltd in relation to the construction of 11No. small industrial units on Redhill Industrial Park. The works also comprised a new access road and entrance to the site, along with the necessary drainage and service provisions to each unit.

We led and chaired all pre-contract meetings including those with the client and design team. Our service provision included procurement, tendering, cost estimating along with all relevant post-contract duties as required under the JCT Design & Build 2016 Contract.
