A brownfield site redevelopment on the outskirts of Wolverhampton City Centre. The project involved the construction of 33No. apartments and 31No. two-bedroom houses on a former Brewery site. An historic boundary wall runs around the perimeter of the whole development and the refurbishment and restoration of this formed part of the planning consent.
Armsons Barlow provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services from RIBA Stage 2-6 and managed the project in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. There were various sustainability and ESG measures incorporated into the project such as timber frame construction, light tunnels and EV charging available across the development.
