Armsons Barlow provided Quantity Surveying services on a refurbishment and remodelling project at Walmley Golf Club. The works comprised the refurbishment and remodelling of the existing clubhouse to provide improved modern facilities, whilst also extending the clubs offering externally.
The existing balcony was extended as part of the scheme to increase seating capacity and provide fantastic views across the 1st tee, 9th and 18th greens.
The works included the installation of two-new bar areas which gave the club opportunity to section off areas of the clubhouse for private events whilst still functioning as a Spike Bar. The changing facilities were also updated as part of the works.
