Liverpool One

Liverpool One is the largest Goldsmiths store opened to date and the store offers luxury retail over two floors. The scheme comprised installation of a hospitality bar, several private consultation rooms and a service lounge supported by an in-house watchmaker suite. The store houses the largest dedicated in-store Rolex boutique together with other branded areas.

Armsons Barlow provided Quantity Surveying services and the works involved stripping out of the existing store, which occupied two retail spaces, and extending including fitting out into a third retail unit. To add further complexity, the project was delivered whilst Liverpool was hosting the Eurovision song contest which brought its own challenges to programme and budget. Ultimately, the project was completed successfully to the agreed timelines and budgets.
